We are excited to bring you the very first "Open Line" Session which will be for all digital artists that want to perform live to an appreciative audience.
What is it?
Chk One "Open Line" Sessions are similar to "Open Mic" but for Electronic performers such as Producers who want to demo latest music productions, Ableton Live, Ableton Push, MPC, Finger Drummers, Digital DJs, Loop Stations, Experimentation and Electronic performances etc.
How does it work?
There are various slots available throughout the night. Set times are open to debate but we plan to allow 10 - 20 minutes per artist, this may change after a few gigs when the format settles in.
How do I participate?
Slots are available on a first come first served basis, so it is recommended to let us know in advance if you are coming. You can do this via our registration form http://bit.ly/
How much is it?
How do I connect?
There will be a pair of Nexus 2000 CDjs available for use, We have an engineer managing the sound and looms via XLRs. Please let us know in advance if you are coming to perform and need any special inputs, cabling, stage space or whatever. Talk to us and we'll try and make it happen.
Note: Please remember, this is electronic music, it is not Open Mic for live musicians, there are plenty of places in Bristol that offer that.
