The Inexplicables Unique and unexpected, live dance music from the roots of Bristol. The Inexplicables defy explanation. Their unique blend of live dance music oozes energy and originality. Driven by beatbox and sumptuous vocals, with tricky wordplay, raw bass and rich sax melodies; they take you on a visceral journey through reggae, hip-hop and latin to electro-swing, drum 'n' bass and dubstep. Since exploding onto the UK festival circuit two summers ago, The Inexplicables have played many of the UK's major festivals - such as Boomtown, Secret Garden Party, Sunrise, Beatherder & Nozstock - to rave reviews. Back home in Bristol they've played with bands such as The Beat, By the Rivers and Heymoonshaker. They've packed out some of the best known venues in the south west; other gigs include headline slots at the world famous Troubadour in London and the Magic Garden in Battersea. They are currently working on a double EP to release in the spring, following the success of their debut album, The Explanation. Upcoming gigs include a night with UK beatbox virtuoso Reeps One. The Fire Beneath The Sea are a 11 piece band based in Liverpool. They have been tearing up the scene for the last year since their formation with their unique and dance floor destroying combination of high-octane, complex rhymes, incredible musicianship and an on-stage energy which never fails to whip the crowd into a frenzy. With their 4 MCs, female vocalist, and full 7 piece band including brass section and scratch DJ, they weave between genres (such as hip hop, funk, ska, jazz, DnB, swing, dub and anything else that takes their fancy) through their set and even throughout each track, with an emphasis on making people dance like lunatics.
