As to comply with government guidance, we have had to change the way we operate. Guests will be assigned to a table upon entry, we offer tables with a maximum capacity of 6.
TABLE HIRE COSTS: £5 Thursday 5pm onwards, £10 Fridays and Saturdays 5pm onwards
Pre-existing bookings: Tables will be held up to 30 minutes into your booking; if you have not arrived by then, your booking will be void. Please note the table fee is non-refundable.

To maintain social distancing, we require you to keep to your table and not mingle with any other tables, as well as no standing around. We strictly cannot have anyone gathering in any area other than their table space. You must wear masks at all times when you are not sat at your table!
Please be aware that if you wish to use multiple tables as a group, we cannot guarantee that these tables will be next to each other. Nor can we let you move these tables together, or congregate around tables.
Please be respectful and understanding towards our staff and security, any violations of the above will not be tolerated.
For the purposes of trace & tracking, you must be able to provide the names and contact details of all the members of your group if required.
We appreciate the rules are strict; however, these are a legal necessity in order for us to be open and serve you. These are unprecedented times and we are all in this together!
COVID-19 STATUS CHECKS ARE NOW MANDATORY
Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday from 6 pm we will require COVID PASSPORT or NEGATIVE TEST (PCR or LATERAL FLOW within the past 48 hours) for entry.
Not required for the rest of the week but we recommend you to stay safe.
Please do not attend if you are showing symptoms of Covid-19 or are a close contact with a positive case.

We recommend that you choose to park in one of the nearby multi-storey car park facilities, either at Rupert Street, Bond Street or at Cabot Circus – where your vehicle is guaranteed to be secure. There is also free street parking available within a short 10-15 minute walk from the premises such as further up the Gloucester Road if you wish to park your vehicle there. Also available are parking spaces situated directly behind the premises at Brunswick Court and Portland Square. However there is a Bristol City Council parking meter charge for these spaces between the hours of 8am until 6pm, Monday – Saturday as well as an overnight charge so make sure to check the street signs! Feel free to give us a call if you get lost or need any assistance.
We have no parking facilities at our property. There is residential parking in the area from Monday 9am to Friday 5pm; outside of these hours you can park for free if you can find a space!
The full amount will be refunded if we are given at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, prior to 3pm on day of arrival. Please note a different cancellation policy applies to Groups (8+ people) depending how much notice we are given: 1 weeks’ notice or more: all money will be refunded. 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booking is retained. Less than 48 hours notice: no refund is given.
The full amount will be refunded if we are given at least 48 hours’ notice cancellation; the full amount will be retained after this time period.
Any bookings of 3 rooms or more qualify as a group booking. In this instance, we require you to respect the privacy and comfort of others staying in the property.
